1/5 chance of getting your game for free, when you buy a game from D2D
Direct2Drive are doing a thing where til the end of the year, when you buy a game from them, you have a one in five chance of getting that game for free. When combined with their price match offer, this is a potentially great offer. Even if you don’t like Direct2Drive, remember they sell lots of Steamworks games too.
Cheers Johnny for the heads up.
And by Steamworks, do you mean we buy the game from D2D but can use the serial/game on Steam?
Yeah, I bought Zeno Clash from there and punched it into my Steam account, worked fine. Shame about giving money to Murdoch, but it was a lot cheaper at the time.
What did you just say about giving money to Murdoch.
Just checked it on Wikipedia and IGN is indeed part of News Corp., that does not make me feel good at all.
Just pretend it’s Murdock from the A-Team instead. Helps me sleep easier at night…
This is the most exploitative yet intriguing sale yet! Wonder when the gambling commision will step in :p
