pretty good deal. Has anyone made pre-orders with them before and knows how trustworthy they are? I think I bought something from them before but in a low price range.
I have bought about 10 games so far from them, about half of them before their release, and have had a 100% success rate. There was even a case where the price of a yet to be released game dropped from £25 to £20, I was able to cancel the pre-order and receive a full refund and replaced the order at the lower price. I read someone else post here that they got the price difference refunded.
One note of caution is that if you do not place a pre-order while logged in, they do not appear to email you once the key is ready (usually a few days before release), and I had to keep checking the link from the original order confirmation. If you’re logged in for the order, an email eventually lets you know the key is ready for you 🙂
