Steam games are region locked on a game by game basis. Some publishers chose to region lock their games, others don’t.
Nuuvem do a really good job of telling you about a specific game’s regional availability. They won’t let you order a game if it won’t work in your region. If you order a game which then turns out to be region locked, they’ll refund you.
I wouldn’t let concerns about region locking prevent you from ordering from Nuuvem.
So are we sure Steam games from this site are not region locked like when you buy from Russia?
