I just tried this but it didn’t provide a paypal option for me for some reason, though I used a credit card and it worked; hopefully it won’t come back in a bad way.
Ah yeah, looks like there’s no paypal option, but you should be fine.
Just to say that I used this same method to buy Titanfall and everything worked fine. No ban or store block.
Doesn’t let me pay using PayPal, credit card only. Does this matter?

When you say it’s “in your library” do you mean order history? It’s still just showing “processing” in my order history with the price in Rs. Should it be showing £ in there?
Check your Origin Library, it will be in there.
And, yes it will still show the price in Rs. Expected your Credit Card company to charge you a currency conversion fee, as per normal.

I usually(!) do this the old fashioned way by finding a working proxy, but this Hola thing is great.

I must say, if I did get banned from using the Origin UK store it would be a while before I noticed 😉

I’m getting the same error as Littletiger. Looks as though EA have caught on.
Unlikely after all this time, are you putting india as your country for billing address?
For my card to work I put my correct billing address in the UK but choose India as my country. I even use my own postcode.
I just tried it, worked fine for me. If I get banned from Origin no big loss anyway.
Also just did this per instructions. Put my own address, except country as India. Hope it works out allright and that my account doesn’t get revoked etc. Damn good offer if everything works out 🙂 Thanks Lewie

Hi.. Till now the pre order history still in processing. Is anyone out there have this situation?
I know this is old but i did pre-order on the indian site and have found that the game remained in “processing”, it seems ea are stopping the purchase so without actually informing me.
Going through their support one live help said it would sort itself out in a few hours, but the next one told me it was a bad purchase because of the cross currency and i should cancel and re purchase.
Will leave order in place in the hope it may go through, but not holding out any hope…
