Anyone successfully used Nuuvem for a steam purchase before?
I’ve just jumped through all the Portuguese hoops to set up an account and successfully paid via paypal. I can see that my order is “concluido” under my “ultimos pedidos” in my account but haven’t had a confirmation email or steam key sent yet (I have, however, had confirmation of payment via paypal). Nor does the game appear in “meus games”.
I’ve used them a bunch of times. I’ve never had a delay in receiving my keys, but other people have commented that they have experienced a delay several times.
I’ve emailed via (in Portuguese via Babylon) to see if there’s a problem. As far as I can tell, everything’s fine with the order bar any kind of contact from Nuuvem (my email address is fine in my account too).

Just to let people know the key finally arrived. I got an email telling me it was under the my games tab in my account.
