To purchase digital games from Amazon US, use your UK Amazon account, and add a US billing address to your account. This address needs to be a valid US address, but nothing will be sent there, and you can access all your games through their website. Some card issuers may charge a fee.
You will need to register this on a US PSN account, but it will work fine on a UK PS4.
Note: This does also include the Vita version, but since you can’t store multiple accounts on the Vita, you would need to switch accounts and wipe the Vita every time you wanted to play it. Not impossible, but highly inconvenient. If you already have, or are planning to get a Vita, it might be worth buying this from the EU PSN on your main account.
