Registers on Steam.
They claim these keys are region free, but previous Deep Silver releases have often been region locked. I’ve not dealt with this serial reseller previously before, but I have searched around there seems to be plenty of positive feedback for them.
It is somewhat of a gamble, but this is the best price I can find. If anyone does go for it, let me know how it goes in the comments please. I’ll update this post if I hear anything.
Update: This has been verified as working in the comments, so hopefully it should work without a hitch for everyone.

Alright, so I gave it a go (living in the UK).
Oddly, rather than give me a Steam key, it gave me a link with allowed me to use it as a gift to myself or others. Pre-loading it now, guess we’ll not know if it’s fully English until it unlocks tomorrow but I’ll update when I try.
Great, thanks.
Sounds like the email links that Steam produces when you click “Send Gift” and then “Email my gift” in your Steam inventory.
Selling those links is expressly forbidden in Steam’s policy. No idea what their history is on enforcing this though, and whether they take action against the buyer’s account as well as the seller.
Well? Did it work out ok?
It worked out just fine, just not 100% sure if it’s a cut version somehow (doubt it) or if it has the preorder bonus (also doubt it).
Its a gift from a Russian source no doubt…

“May I sell gift subscriptions?
Steam Gift Purchases can not be sold. Attempting to sell a gift subscription is a violation of the Steam Subscriber Agreement and may result in your account being permanently disabled. You can trade gifts using our new Steam Trading system and can read more about that here.”
Hi Jon.
Can you verify whether you got the pre-order pack as well?
It’s not a deal breaker, but t’would be nice to know.
Thanks.
Doug.
As a matter of curiosity I registered on the site via facebook.
When I got to the payment screen the address defaulted to the following
.
….
Doug McCormack
Australian Capital Territory
Australia
For the record I’m based in Ireland!
Now it’s easy to change the address, but I wonder if this is the censored Aussie version of the game.
If so I’d be disinclined to order it…
My suggestion would be to avoid getting ANY gifts from sellers.Keys work perfectly fine, gifts nope. Simply put, you have no control over how they paid the gift. I don’t know this exact store, but if there is any wrongdoing or problem with the payment, your gift will go away. It’s simply not worth it, in my opinion, since in most cases the gifts are indeed shady.
More than that, if it’s really into some wrongdoing you may get your account suspended.
As I did when I bought a Left 4 Dead 2 key on eBay. I had to beg and then prove everything I’d bought on my Steam list.
I’m trying to buy this from UK, before I can purchase though I have to enter a verification key which I am supposed to get by SMS on my phone, the message hasn’t come though so it looks like there’s a problem
I got my message straight away, but I’ve been waiting 4 or 5 hours for my gift / code. Has anyone managed to fully download it yet?
Yea, been playing it a bit, all seems good.
So far all did work for me perfectly but as it’s against Steam policy (I had no idea about that) I suggest no one actions this.
As stated yes it is a Steam gift but installed and played earlier all working perfectly, region free.
@Doug no it’s not the commander in chief edition.
I’d stress to get the game at GMG instead. It’s 32£ with the current coupon, but if you use a US VPN it’s 40$ (25.69£) and GMG is a official digital retailer for keys, unlike that above site.
Australian users that use a US VPN will also get the US version, so no censoring.
I had no idea one could do that. Is it like …legal?
I don’t know if it is legal, but it probably breaches GMG/Steam’s user agreement.
