That’s mad and I’m mad for not buying it but I’m not installing yet another client.
How can I buy this game? It says it is not available in my region and i am from UK

This really is insanely cheap. I agree that the extra installer is annoying but I just couldn’t resist. FC3 JUST came out and the other two are very good games as well!
The CD key you get in the end can only be used on the GameStop client.
Tried to use it on steam, but didn’t work.
Just a quick note to say that there may be an issue buying via PayPal.
When I trying to purchase, and after I proceeded through PayPal, I get the following message from GameStop:
Item not available in region.
Far Cry® 3 Deluxe Bonus Content is not available in your area.
Asking me to remove it from my cart, which I can’t do since it’s just one big package.
Paying by American Express (or presumably any other card) the sale went through okay.
I totally do not have the time to play these, and I haven’t used Impulse since it was gobbled up by GameStop, but… cheap! 😛
I used PayPal, and it went through just fine (Danish account).
I guess that was a misprice, as it’s now $70.
It’s still available in the UK. Looks like it’s a region specific error/offer.
Oh.. I’m in the UK, and I assumed that would be a UK link. However, I can’t find it from gamestop.co.uk. I’m evidently being dense!

Gamestop.co.uk is their UK retail site, not their digital distribution site. The link I posted is still working though.
Yeah, sorry, my stream-of-consciousness posts there weren’t clear. I went back to your link, and didn’t realise that it only shows that (mis)price when you add it to basket, not on the product page itself.

Just tried to purchase on my phone from the UK, says my cart contains items not available in my area. I’ll try it on my PC in a bit, but it’s not looking good… I was just about to buy FC3 for £30 last night, looks like I might have to anyway…

Actually I went and tried it on my PC immediately afterwards and got it, then got it again for a friend. Hopefully they just keep the money and let us keep the games but who knows? Mine should still be downloading right now.

So can anyone confirm if the key you get from gamestop is activates in uplay, and then let’syou download it there without the gamestop client?
I mean the uplay activation is mandatory, it should work, just sucks that you can’t directly activate the key withoutinstalling the game.
In Ireland, O2 Money card/Visa worked. They can’t take them back now as we have legally bought them at that price. Happy Christmas folks!
They can just refuse sale and not take your money.
Not really, they have charged my credit card. As far as I know, in consumer law, if you are in a store and the price comes up on the till at a lower than expected price and the money is exchanged, there is nothing the store can do, as you both agreed on a price and formed a contract. Online is the exact same. If the transaction was pending they could refuse but as I have an email that says “Your order from GameStop PC Downloads was successful.” there is nothing that they can do.
I don’t know. I once bought a SSD drive from Amazon for 1p. Obviously an error on the price listing. I got confirmation of sale then later emailed to say an error was made and I would be refunded. I hope everyone gets to keep their copy, though I don’t see how they could give it back if its been downloaded already. I am just jealous I missed out.

Have you had any confirmation email after that? I got this on the checkout page and haven’t had any money taken out of my bank account or an email confirming my order. Little concerned nothing will happen.
