Looks like Gamestation have made a typo with the price. This same pack seems to be £230 everywhere else. Not released until 16/11/12, I’ve pre-ordered it – let’s see if Gamestation honour the order come release day!
Same here. Was fast enough to pre-order it there. Really hope they dont cancel it. Wanted a PS3 for a while already and couldnt say no to such an offer.
Received an email this morning advising the price had increased to £199.99 for this pack, but not to worry as I’d still only pay £119.99. Just checked Gamestation website, and they seem to have taken it off their site – can’t find it anywhere! No cancellation yet though, so fingers crossed!
Received an email this afternoon advising the order had been cancelled, so no PS3 for me! No explanation from Gamestation though, just a generic email, which I think shows quite poor customer service!
Rob, I contacted Customer Support to ask for a reason for cancellation. They replied earlier saying it was some problem with PayPal that had caused it to cancel! Believe what you want on that one… I have my own views, but seems an odd reason to cancel an order!
Just received my PS3, great deal. Looking on the hot uk deals website, a few people that have complained have been able to renegoiate a deal on the lower price. Good luck Rob.
Good to hear some people have had success with this deal! I’ve asked Gamestation to honour the lower price, so my luck may still be in! Thanks for the update Stu!
Think you could resell this stuff separate at a profit?
Probably.

Received same email today saying they will honour the price, no cancellation as of yet

Also received the same email saying they will honour the price promise. Not looking forwards to them revoking it like Dave (above)

The swines! I’ve just received the dispatch email today. I was bricking it in case they pulled out of the deal
