As far as i know, customs apply only on stuff over 50 USD.In my country that is. You’ll have to check your own legislation though, but i’m rather sure that any country has a certain minimum for this.
So that’s what happened to CDWOW… It’s worth bearing in mind that they have a track record for selling wrong-region games, I got several Asia-Pacific editions of games from them. Not that much of an issue though and they might have changed their practices anyway.
