I gather these are retail serials from the Russian release, which includes access to the region free, international version of the game.

One note of caution. The season pass they’re selling on the same website says it will only work with the Russian version they’re selling, not the normal version.
This leads me to wonder whether there will be other compatability problems later – for example, that if you buy the Russian version from that website, it won’t work with a ‘normal’ season pass or the ‘normal’ DLC.
This is just speculation on my part, but it’s worth worrying about.
As a reply to 1st comment, I think it could be true that the DLC is region locked to the RU version, but the international version should work on the international version of the game you get access to when you buy the game.
It would be the same problem as the original game with ex-USSR countries having RU only. They wouldn’t go out of their way to fix it by giving access to the international version, then break it again by removing international access to the DLC.
Just to mention that this is now currently out of stock.
