Just double checked my order for this from Bee and I’ve had it ordered since July 2011. And if the release date is right, I have just over a month to finish ME2.
I’ve preordered, but from what I’ve been reading, bee.com aren’t very reliable. Most of their stock is out of stock, you can’t manually search for ME3 on PC, they haven’t updated their twitter or blog since last March.. It’s worth a punt, but if you’re desperate for ME3 on release day, it may be worth spending more from elsewhere.
That’s the second time they’ve done the exact same misprice, which I also got.
I think I still have my previous £21 copy on order though from them, but I recall having problems cancelling it conventionally…
Craaap so upset I missed this 🙁 I’ve promised myself not to buy this game until it’s £15 or lower so to have had it on release for this price would have been quite a treat.
Just received an email from bee. They’re not going to honour it at this price and they’ve cancelled my order, was to be expected.. worth a punt though.
I had this pre-ordered since July last year at the £14.99 price, however, I received this from bee.com

Bee.com
So bee.com seem to have no pre-order price guarantee. Annoyung :/
Higgamus, sites get around it by saying no contract is made either until they take payment or they ship the game, one or the other.
Something along the lines of when you make an order you’re making an offer to buy it and until they accept that offer (by taking payment and/or confirming the order) then they can still cancel it.
This is why most sites manage to get out of these pricing mistakes.

In case anyone is unsure, I can vouch for bee.com. I got a 3DS game from them last week, no problems.

Back to £34.99, that was quick!

I thought there was some legal obligation to honour an advertised price.
Is that just wishful thinking?

Untill you have the item in your hands, they have precious few obligations to sell it to you at whatever price.
