Remember the Portal 2 deal you posted back in 21st August? They never delivered the game and it took them till 27th September to refund my money.
I liked how they apologised to me,
“Firstly I must apologise for the experience you have had when ordering with ourselves. I understand that it is frustrating and inconvenient and I wouldn’t like to have been put in that situation myself.
I can confirm however that a refund has been issued for yourself. Your refund will be passed through to the relevant team who do their best action on the day it was requested. Your refund will then be authorized and should take no longer then 2-5 working days to enter your account however there have been cases where the refund went through the next day as it is down to the bank you are with.
Apologies again for any inconvenience caused.”
When I say never delivered I mean not even dispatched.
