Edit: Reader renhoelder has vouched for this serial reseller offering Steam codes for £8.93, so you might want to consider that instead.

Bought that exact game from them yesterday. The email with the key came a couple of minutes after I paid and I had no problems activating it on Steam.
I got my steamkey from that reseller too, came within an hour by email, shame the game has a bazillion different DLCs bought with MS moon coins
Echo previous comments – that serial site came good within the hour. Had to fish the email out of my spam folder, but it registered fine on Steam and is currently downloading.
Worth checking ebay as there are a lot of coupon codes for sale that were sold with graphics cards as part of an AMD promo. Picked a copy up this evening for £5. Plenty left around that price. Code worked fine (input at AMD site and they emailed a Steam-valid serial).
LOL, probably a nicked one!
