Lewie I was wondering whether you could add a ‘Lewie Recommends’ kind of feature where you actually indicate the deals that you actually use. It would give me at least a better idea of which of these deals you really consider worth going for now as opoosed to those I should wait for the price to drop further. Dunno if others would find it useful but I definitely would.
From time to time I do add a bit more than just the game and the price when it’s a game I feel particularly strong about. I guess I could try and do that more often.
Seems shopto don’t like Internet Explorer 6, damn these archaic work computers! Will have to order this when I get in tonight.
As for good deals, I can’t imagine seeing this one much cheaper, even in the Steam summer sales. The only potential “better” buy would be if EA start bundling it with the first game again. People that pre-ordered in a certain time frame on EA’s dd service got a remake of the first game, just like the PS3/360 versions have.
What? The first game aged very well! The Quake 3 engine still rocks, the platforming is okay and it’s overall still a pretty decent game! Last year I actually played it for the first time and liked it. Unsure whether it’s worth to buy the second one, though. Maybe when it’s dirt cheap.

However the first game has aged VERY badly.
