Technically there is no Limited Edition, there is the standard edition, Augmented Edition and Collector’s Edition. Presumably this is an erroneous listing, but they will surely be giving you at least the Augmented Edition, or there is a currently unannounced Limited Edition (perhaps Amazon exclusive?). It could just be the standard edition with some preorder guff included (Edit: Confirmed, it is the standard edition with “Explosive mission pack”, cheers KindredPhantom).
It’s worth ordering it now to secure that price, and hopefully Amazon will update the listing before release.
Best price for the standard edition is £23.99
Manufacturer’s Description
The Explosive Mission Pack features an entirely new mission with a special cameo appearance from one of the original DEUS EX characters, plus the Automatic Unlocking Device, the M-28 Utility Remote-Detonated Explosive Device (UR-DED) and the Linebacker G-87 multiple shot grenade launcher.
I think the limited edition just gives you some exclusive in-game items.
At the end of that forum thread you link to someone asks about the amazon Limited Edition and is told to contact amazon about it, which they do. Here is what amazon have said.

“I emailed Amazon and they have confirmed that the Limited edition contains the Explosive mission. This differs from their regular edition which contains the tactical enhancement pack. That’s fine, all I wanted was the extra mission anyway. The sniper rifle would have been good too, but it has been mentioned that I can find this sniper rifle later on in the game so I don’t need to worry. Thanks for the help.”
Aha! Thanks.
