  1. Already own ME2, but claimed a code anyway in case it is possible to ‘gift’ it. Bioware don’t seem to have clarified the issue yet, but as far as I can tell it is technically possible, and not specifically prohibited.

Note though that this doesn’t include the Cerburus network stuff, although that can be picked up separately. That said, the Cerburus Network stuff is far from essential, and if you want a bit of a bargain, it could be skipped with minimal detriment to the game. The extra companion wasn’t woven into the story as tightly as the rest of your crew, and his absence wouldn’t feel like part of the game was missing.

  2. Dragoon #

The Bioware page states that Cerberus Network will be included.

    11. Does my copy of Mass Effect 2 include the Cerberus Network content?

Cerberus Network is included and will be entitled to the account used to redeem your Dragon Age II Online Pass. This includes Zaeed – The Price of Revenge, Cerberus Weapon and Armor, Normandy Crash Site, Cerberus Arc Projector, and Firewalker Pack. Visit the offer page to download the necessary files.

    • Huh, I could swear it said the exact opposite when I read it. Indeed, a few copies of the FAQ that were copy-pasted on to other sites still claim that it wasn’t included.

Good to hear it’s included though.
