Edit: Whoops, as Simon pointed out in the comments, this is a bit more than the regular Steam price.

This is £6.99 on Steam but obviously comes with Steam.

Steam do deals on LucasArts games about two or three times a year so it may be worth waiting for that.
Alternatively, Republic Commando is in the ‘Best of Star Wars PC’ game collection that can be picked up for around £12 from various places. That includes Knights of the Old Republic, Jedi Academy and Empire at War which are pretty good and well worth the extra £5 or so.
It also includes Star Wars Galaxies which I haven’t played but is, by all accounts, not worth it.
