I’ve covered it in detail on SavyGamer in the past, but yes, terrible delivery times. They will often say “processing” so you are unable to cancel, for weeks or even months before sending you the game.
Not to mention various coupon shenanigans.
Same goes for other members of The Hut Group (they’re basically all the same company).
I started a hashtag for it on twitter, and there is usually some activity on #ZavviFail.
Rubbish delivery times, inaccurate stock reporting, sending out the wrong items…
I tried ordering a DVD from ASDA, which is the same company. The site said in stock when I bought it, but then said awaiting stock in my profile.
Then, a few weeks later, my profile said “Awaiting stock pick”, but the site said that it was out of stock.
A couple of months later, I cancelled my order.
“It’s from Zavvi, and Zavvi are rubbish.”
You take their money nonetheless via affiliate links, don’t you? Classy.
So you’d prefer if I took their money but didn’t say what I thought of them?
Now it’s £9.85.
And let me reiterate.
Zavvi are rubbish.
Why exactly are they rubbish?
(I’m not defending them, I’ve never used them and want to know why to avoid them. Slow delivery times?)
