A web site is currently showing £199.99 for the 3DS
But it doesn’t say that the price won’t go up between now and release, so it doesn’t really mean anything at all. I think.
It’s here. Make you own mind up about it I suppose. It’s a fair bit less than the £249.99 I have predicted the 3DS will cost.
The Hut (and other Hut Group retailers) had it at £249.99 a couple days ago/yesterday. That’s a lot closer to your prediction.
French Amazon (iirc it was them), had the 3DS at €249, which is roughly £207, so £200 is a possible price.
Hopefully it’ll be £200 and not £249
Not a chance this thing is going to be prices at £299
It does say on the page:
“Our pre-order promise means that if you place an order with us and the price drops between now and release, [you will pay the lowest price listed]”
Which would seem to suggest that if ordered now, you would still only pay £199.99 on release
The price on bee.com has jumped up to £249.99 now, and claims rrp is £299.99.
