Sorry, I don’t know. I guess if you can’t get it to work, it probably doesn’t.
It does appear to work for C&C4 in the uk following the link Lewie provided. I abandoned the process at checkout with Paypal though due to memories of the last red alert. In fact the coupon appears to me to apply to a lot of products in the store once added to the basket for one, so you may be able to purchase multiple items at a discount with this one code.
Does this edition have the camera that refuses to zoom out to a distance where your troops can actually be organised in any meaningful fashion?
Err to clarify the queston. Does the camera in C&C 4 zoom out any further than the one in Red Alert 3? I found it needlessly close and it ruined the game more than anything else for me.

Ah google. I spent a while searching for a hack to fix the stupid camera on red alert and never found one. Googling “C&C 4 camera zoom” would imply not so I have to pass. I would buy Mirror’s Edge again but I’ve already bought and completed it on the PS3 and the 360 so doing so on the PC would be a tad too obsessive. 😉 Roll on ME 2.
