I got my copy of Modern Warfare 2 from Tesco Entertainment last year and had finished the game before it was even out. Moreover, Tesco Entertainment refunded the difference of what I paid (30-odd quid) and the launch price, which had been lowered to match what it was in Tesco stores.
I’m going to risk it and wait till release day in the hopes that a price war will break out like last year :).
I’ll be sure to keep track of all the best prices come release date.
Keep an eye on ASDA and Tesco etc. then. PC gamers tend to be left out of such deals though.
Sad but true.
