Strange, I was currently on a 1 month subscription (which ends early Oct) but my 12 month subscription is the only one showing in my “Memberships”, and is valid from 09/2010 to 09/2011 which suggests my 1 month has been superseded 🙁
No, it’s fine I think. I’ve queried that before and it does always end up giving you the ammount owed, it just doesn’t show it properly on the dashboard.
How do you stop the auto renew in a years time? I don’t like using my card details on a console but the deal is very good.
Nevermind you can turn off auto-renew at xbox.com or phone the free hotline to turn it off.
Anybody else having a real trouble finding this? I’m also on a month-to-month subscription (stupidly for more months than I needed, since I only wanted one while I found a decently priced card), and can’t see the option for this. Do you need to be on silver to see it?
I can’t find it either mate, its supposed to be in the spotlight on the dashboard but it shows up for some people and not others, gold members can buy this to extend their membership too as silver members can but it seems to be a bit odd that only a few can see it, the offer runs out next week as invasion week on the dashboard runs out, the only solution is to keep restarting the xbox until it is in the spotlight for you.
