Now head to this page, and the full version should be listed as a free purchase.
Then finally head to this page, and the PS4 version should also be listed as a free purchase.
No idea how long this glitch will remain active.

It seems that PSN is a little confused, and you don’t actually get the PS4 version with this even though it suggests you do. It is however available as a separate £3.69 upgrade purchase when you have the PS3 version. Additional instructions as follows:
Search for “Minecraft” on the Playstation store on your PS4, and download the version that pops up, and run it.
Delete the demo.
Go to “Settings/PSN”, and select “Restore licenses”.
Reboot your console.
Go you the Playstation store, browse to “games”, then “all games”, and then scroll down until you see two entries for Minecraft.
Select the £3.69 “game unlock”, purchase it, and now you have Minecraft on PS4.

Even if it shows a price, add it to your basket. When I did that it removed the price.
Nice it worked. Like DY357LX said the price disappears. I hope the don’t cancel it.
I’ve grabbed several games for free via PSN glitches and never once had any of them revoked.
Glad to see that! Somebody told me Xbox accounts got banned for things like this, got scared PSN would be the same.

Was a bit of a hassle for me to get working but eventually got the Vita version downloaded and can confirm it was the full as trophies began to unlock, Thanks for the heads up!
Thanks for this. I’m not near my consoles but the confirmation e-mail suggests I have the full version on PS3. What is the likelihood of getting banned for this?

Sadly this didn’t work for me. However, interestingly I now can’t even purchase the unlock for the game on any platform – it simply says the content is unavailable, but every version I install is the trial. Sony’s purchasing system is insane.
On the second visit to the PS3 page, it says for me “Not available for purchase” with a “Tell me more” link. That link says I cannot buy the PS3 version because I already own the Vita version. If I go to the vita page, it’s listed there for purchase for £12.99. No idea what’s going on.
It’s probably a quick fix to stop the glitch working while they sort out a more permanent solution.
I don’t know what I did wrong but I can’t get PS3 version. I have demo version of it and full game is shown as unavailable. Reason – you already own Minecraft: Playstation®Vita Edition. At the same time it offers me to put Vita version in basket and in e-mail it says i purchased vita demo version.
Same as the rest. Going back to PS3 Minecraft, full game is shown as unavailable and reason – you already own Minecraft: Playstation®Vita Edition. Maybe Sony is fixing the glitch with a glitch..
I don’t know, the PSN at the moment is wonky all over.
If you search for DriveClub and go to the full game, you sometimes get the error “unavailable as you already own PlayStation Plus”
Yep noticed that Store ain´t working as it should. Just checked this thing again and now on my end Minecraft situation is fixed. Now I can buy PS3 edition and the unavailable message is gone. I think it is safe to say that this “deal” ain´t working anymore. Damnz, just sumhourslate..
It works still and its 2016 at first I thought it doesn’t work but only because my ps account wasn’t the primary account, so after making it primary the ps4 edition will be free. Check your library it should be sitting there 🙂
