Does this work for countries in which Steam doesn’t sell it? From Singapore here.

Doubt it. Not sure though.
Ok, thanks.
Still disgusted that Konami gets away with not releasing anything in Asia on PC.

This (MGS:Revengance) has been on sale at Nuuvem, for 16.99 BRL (that’s about 4.45 GBS) for that past three days. But its region locked to the U.S.
QUESTION? Does this mean that it won’t work on Steam, if I use a vpn to purchace it??

Those keys are actually region locked to Brazil. Won’t activate on Steam unless you use a VPN to registers/activate it.
