I’ve just bought from there (im in the UK) and It was ok. Some of the stuff, like COH 2 wont add to your basket due to them checking your IP address. LA Noire was fine though:)
Are you certain? I was able to log in just fine, and proceed to finalising the order through Paypal. I didn’t hit the pay button to purchase it though, but I don’t think Paypal’s payments methods are related to whatever restrictions there are at nuuvem.
With any purchase through Nuuvem, one needs to look at the region restrictions. COH2 was mentioned above, it is region locked by Sega hence you cannot buy it outside of Brazil. Sega have implemented the same region restiction for Alien: Isolation – a fact I found out after I’d pre-ordered it through Nuuvem. I was issued a refund less than 12 hours after I e-mailed support. Support staff respond in English which helps too.
I’ve bought 3 games from Nuuvem and PayPal works fine; same for the refund Alien: Isolation.
Cannot buy from nuuvem or Brazilian websites as you need a CPF number which is only available for brazilian citizens
