Also worth mentioning that the Splinter Cell Blacklist DLC is currently on sale at uPlay http://shop.ubi.com/store/ubiemea/en_GB/search/brand.tom-clancy/vars.false
The Homeland Pack, which includes two 4th Echelon Missions (Solo and Coop) was £5.49 and is now £1.37. Also contains 4 gear pieces, 4 suits and 1 weapon. http://shop.ubi.com/store/ubiemea/en_GB/pd/ThemeID.8605700/productID.287964700/Splinter_Cell_Blacklist_-_Homeland_Pack_DLC.html
The High Power Pack – which seems to be for shooty-bang-bang style players was £2.39 and is now 60p http://shop.ubi.com/store/ubiemea/en_GB/pd/ThemeID.8605700/productID.287118200/Splinter_Cell_Blacklist_-_High_Power_Pack_DLC.html
I’d recommend the Homeland Pack, and take or leave the High Power Pack (although it’s 60p so maybe worth a gamble, especially if you play multiplayer).

Homeland is showing as 60p here (75 eurocent).
Also worth nothing: if you own the Uplay Deluxe edition, you already have these 2 dlc packs.
