I confirmed it is not. I purchased it and activated here Holland on my Steam account fine.
Also includes Animal Instinct and Pistol Burst DLC.
did you use paypal having trouble using paypal to buy it
I used Paypal and had no trouble – it just opened the Paypal login page in a new window when paying. Some sort of pop-up blocker, maybe?
its because i had paypal set up to txt me a pin code, disabled that an it worked :p

Purchases with paypal, registered fine on my UK account, but does say “Tomb Raider (ROW)” (rest of world). If that affects anything or not im not sure. Can also confirm it contains the two DLCs (Animal Instinct and Pistol Burst)
Activated on steam fine and no trouble with paypal in the uk
Can also confirm this website and the key worked fine, used a card on paypal and then activated in UK.

PayPal seems to work fine for me… Pre-Loading now…
I’ve worked out why it wouldn’t work. My PayPal gave my the option of choosing which account i paid from. It’s this choice that breaks it. There’s no way around this other than using a paypal that’s only linked to one card or account – so that the transaction automatically chooses that account and goes though.

Being a brazilian, nuuvem is usually very straightforward, specially when it is steam key activation. Though I usually buy through pagseguro, not PayPal.

Just bought it, I’m in Sweden. Using Chrome for easy translating. Account activation mail went straight to spam-folder so check there. Steam keys is found on the website after purchase. Preloading…
Worked for me here in the UK too, both DLC registered fine with Steam as well. Worth noting that the confirmation sign up email went into my Spam folder, and also Paypal worked out the price as £17.54 now with the current exchange rate. Otherwise worked like a charm though!

Currently BR84.99 which Google says is around £28.50…
It was BRL 49.99 if I remember correctly. Seems the good times are over now… lucky me, was so close to just wait another day.

Price has been hiked to normal, now apx. 25£ and 45CAD$
