Oh, it needs noting that the serials issued by Amazon.com won’t activate when entered into Steam in my country; presumable anywhere outside the US. So no point in buying there unless you have a good workaround around Steam’s restrictions.
Yep, seems that the game IS region locked with (NA) and (ROW) versions, so, yeah, best not buy if you’re not from the US or don’t have a buddy to activate it in the states or use some fancy VPN magic.
Heads up, amazon.com has price matched it, so for some buyers it may be cheaper to get the game from them, still registers on Steam.
Thanks a lot. Turns out buying from Amazon is about two times cheaper than doing so on Steam right now, for those in my part of Europe.

Latvia. Steam considers me being in the EUR2 zone, if I recall correctly.

Good game, but I felt the ending was a little rushed. Especially with all the levelling up and weapon fashioning.
The Ryder White DLC is reduced as well, but I’m not sure I can be bothered at the moment.
