I would be tempted to say avoid this. I got one from GAME online last time this £40 pre-owned deal was on. It arrived, plugged it all in, didn’t read disks. Not even a little. Obviously hadn’t been tested.
So I lugged it down to town (Northampton for me), to find that the local GAME had been closed. Luckily the nice people at Gamestation agreed to exchange it for me. Once again, got it home, set it all up, annnnnd the B trigger on the Wiimote didn’t work.
I’m now very tempted to just buy a damn Wiimote, but I really should take the whole lot back again.. From another point of view, the Xbox360 I got from GAME online has never let me down (although the one my brother got on my recommendation red-ringed after 2 weeks. Embarrassing!)
So yeah. I’d say still go for it, just make sure you know where your nearest store is, and keep the receipt safe..
Preowned .
