did you get a code? if you did its quite exactlly how they say, make a new account on the secret world account link or use an existing one. once logged in, enter the key (or maybe you have to add game first, not sure). after that you should have the game added and you can buy additional packs, if you like, reserve your name and download the beta weekend installer. if something doesnt work, just use the live chat help.
