Star Wars: The Old Republic [Collector’s Edition], PC – £99.98 delivered
I’ve had several people tell me this was a good deal. Seems absurdly expensive to me, but I’m happy to submit to democratic demands from time to time.
Includes:
A statue of “Darth Malgus”.
Map
Soundtrack CD
In game tat.
And comes in a metal box.
I know there are those that like these collectors editions but anyone who buys a game for £100 has to have their savyness questioned imo 😛
100 GBP, that’s like 50-75 pay what you want bundles, or 20 discount games. 😛
lol it cost £90 in the US ay launch. Ill buy if it drops to £70. Otherwise ill pass.
I’ll wait till this gets to £50 at least.
Yes! Finally I can pay less than £100 for a game that I will then spend hundreds more pounds on to play long enough to feel justified in having paid so much for it to begin with!
Wait, what? Wait until there’s little/no initial cost and a free trial? But that could be 6 months! They might have patched it to work better by then!
(I actually have no idea about the balance or level of bugginess of this game, but it stands to reason that patches will fix issues with the game between now and cheaper-time)
