Asda Entertainment is operated by The Hut, and they have a pretty bad track record for customer service. But they’re also cheap.

Bad track record… yeah you could say that. Yesterday I finally got a response from them, concerning my Deus Ex Human Revolution (Augmented Edition) pre-order.
They’re going to refund my money (haven’t received the money yet), but that doesn’t change the fact that the Augmented Edition is either sold out or ridiculously expensive.
Well, I’ve learned my lesson… I’ll never order from The Hut again.
