I’ve used the hut a few times and never had a problem. Maybe I was lucky that I didn’t need to contact them. If I saw a good price there I’d use them again.
They’re reputedly a bit dodgy from time to time; sometimes they oversell goods like points cards leading to a long wait between purchase and receipt, sometimes they announce an N% off sale, and then put the prices of the goods affected by that price cut up for the duration of said sale. They had a period a while back where preorders were turning up late, but I’m not sure whether or not that’s happened for a while.
What with Nintendo Europe cutting out the entire ‘London Life’ bonus game, I think I’ll take my chances with the dodgy voice acting of the US version.
