I wouldn’t have ordered from them if I were you. Have you even read about them? The biggest disadvantage is that they don’t let you cancel pre-orders. I hope everything works out for you but I’d say you’ve tied yourself down to a very unreliable website there.
I’ve ordered a few times from them and haven’t had any problems so far. As for canceling the preorders, there does seem to be a nice shiney button under each order saying “cancel”, perhaps it’s a new feature.

My apologies. I’ve just read a lot of bad things about them but I guess you can get a range of experiences with any retailer.
