Any 3DS game – £9.90
Edit: It seems that this hasn’t worked for anyone except me. Huh.
Any 3DS game – £9.90 collect in store at Tesco.
Chose from:
Asphalt 3D,
Nintendogs & Cats: French Bulldog/Toy Poodle,
Pilotwings Resort,
Rayman 2,
The Sims 3,
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory,
Super Monkey Ball,
Super Street Fighter IV.
Apply coupon “TDXR-KLPN”.
Pay an extra fiver to get it delivered. Coupon works once per account. There are a few titles Tesco aren’t stocking, but that’s most of the launch lineup.
Edit: Please report if this worked for you or not. It is supposed to be just for people who preordered 3DS consoles with Tesco, but it worked for me even though I did not.
I just get the message saying that I don’t qualify for this offer (trying to buy SSFIV), so not sure its for everyone?
Didn’t work for me either, getting the same error message as Chris. (Streetfighter)
No working for me mate.
‘Sorry, the eCoupon could not be accepted as you do not qualify for this promotion. Tip: Please ensure that your account has your most up to date Clubcard details set in the ‘My Account’ section to ensure that we verify your details correctly.’
Gutted 🙁
Didn’t work for me either 🙁
Worked for me just ordered Street Fighter IV for £9.90 collect in store. Cheers Lewie.
Whoops forogt to say I didn’t preorder a 3DS, well I did but it was cancelled under that offer they didn’t actually honour.
Amazingly, they honoured mine.
Dead chuffed and big thanks to SavyGamer!
Would be so awesome if this worked. I could buy a load (if they allow for more than one) then trade them in to get a real 3DS! xD
I paid for most of my DS lite at launch by trading in twenty copies of Sprung for the DS for £6 each at Gamestation, after buying them for 97p a pop from various Dixon’s group shops.
SavyGamer needs a like button, just for this comment.
This only works if you *ever* pre-ordered the system with them, whether you cancelled it or not. It qualifies your account for the offer, and cancelling the original pre-order obviously never removed this tag.
The ‘collect in store thing’ is a bit naff if you live in some parts of London – they only offer it at the giant out of town centres, so your £10 game will also cost you £4.50 in tube fare… I opted to get mine delivered, but the £5 delivery does sting a bit – it’s next day delivery by courier if ordered before noon, though.
