Beyond Good & Evil HD, Xbox 360 – 800 MS Points

Yes that is the normal price, but they could have got away with charging 1,200 points.

No idea how prettified or improved it is, I’ll let you know once I’ve donwloaded it.

Played it just there for about 15 minutes, looks like your typical HD remaster: High AA, smooth frame rate, better textures.

Considering it’s only 800 points and the PC version runs like aids on modern hardware, I’d heartily recommend.

Aha, those points I got free have now been spent! Thanks.

  3. I’ve been kinda hoping they’d put the Steam OG version on sale.

They’ve totally fucked the controls; well, for people with my preferences anyway. You can’t set the X and Y axis controls independantly so either they *both* have to be set to ‘normal’ or both to ‘reversed’. If you prefer Y axis reversed and X normal like me then the game is utterly unplayable. That kind of idiocy over something this trivial in this day and age is pretty unforgiveable, the ability to set both axis controls independantly is bog-standard stuff these days.

    Yeah, seems solid for me.

I’ll be sure to buy it. Games like this need supporting and i think the sales of this might effect the progress of the sequel.

Any ideas when the psn release is coming?

PC version runs absolutely fine. From looking at some screenshots and vids it looks identical to the PC version. Am I missing something? Also, is the game even as good as people keep going on about? I remember it being pretty nifty, but not an under appreciated classic like Psychonauts.
