A bit of a retro gamers dream: On Android there are fairly good Mega Drive/Snes/GBA/PSX emulators.
Same price at Expansys, but Play.com say they will get it to you in 4-5 days, not whereas Expansys are saying 9.
You’re between a rock and a hard place there. Expansys are well known liars about availability BUT Play have the worst customer service in the world (and being outside the UK, you have no legal protection at all).
I’d say wait for Expansys – at least if it develops a fault, you’ll have some comeback
