Who? hmmm, Never heard of them. you ordered anything from them before?

They’re a pretty major online retailer for computer hardware and consumer electronics.

My Mother ordered a tablet from them a while back. Despite paying through PayPal they demanded she send them a copy of a bill to confirm her address. After reluctantly letting her do this, the tablet arrived almost 2 weeks late, and during that time the customer support representatives had no clue as to where the tablet was whenever I contacted them, thankfully unharmed.
The price seems good, but the company just doesn’t seem to be playing cricket. Many others share similar opinions, and whilst I’d usually be hesitant to judge a company by a few web reviews, my own experiences have taught me that they’re just not good. Late deliveries, requests that just don’t smell right and terrible customer support. I’m happily paying more elsewhere for the product.
