It’s slightly late and launched a thousand conspiracy theories but the Steam Summer Sale 2012 is here. This list will be updated throughout the sale so check back for daily specials.

It is probably best to wait until the last day of the sale before buying anything not on daily special, since it might be available for even cheaper at a later point in the sale.

his year has ‘Flash Sales’, on sale for a shorter period of time than the daily sales, we’ll list those separately.

Unlike normal posts on SavyGamer, there’s no guarantee that these are the cheapest prices available for these games. This is just the Steam sale listed in its entirety, many items will be cheaper elsewhere.

The SavyGamer team will be making personal highlights bold if you’re looking for some inspiration.
