Free PS3, Gran Turismo 5 and 2x 3D glasses when you buy a very expensive telly from Sony Centre
Want to play GT5 with stupid glasses, a silly gimmick visual effect and reduced framerate?
Head to your local Sony Centre, where they are giving away a 160gb PS3 Slim, two pairs of glasses, and a copy of Gran Turismo 5 when you buy a 3D telly.
Their web site is pretty bad, but the cheapest I can see is £1,299.99, although the same model is £649 from Currys, so it’s probably not worth bothering.
Head here to find your local Sony Centre (there is no mention of the offer on their web site that I can see).

Update: I got the model number wrong, and that deal from Currys is not the same model as the one from Sony, or indeed a 3DTV. I still don’t think this is a particularly good deal, but I also obviously don’t know as much about tellys as I do games, so probably ignore me.

They are repeating the offer they had for CODBLOPS, where you can get the game for £20 when you spend £50 or more on other stuff.
When you spend £50, you get a coupon which you use to get GT5 for £20, and a separate normal receipt. You can then return the other items at a later date (within 31 days if I remember correctly) for a full refund.
I’ve not tried this myself yet, but even if you are unable to pull it off for some reason, you’ll be able to return the other stuff (as long as you keep it sealed). I’d advise paying with cash though.

It says it is for 360/PS3/Wii, but I keep getting “FIC grant award failure” for the 360 and Wii versions, but the PS3 version is fine. Perhaps they have ran out of codes. Anyone else have any success?
Edit: I’ve been told that the DLC for the PS3 version is region restricted. Can anyone with the game confirm whether this will or won’t work for you? You might need to use it on a USA PSN account.
Edit2: And the 360 version is working for some people. Clearly Coca-Cola hate me.
