Zavvi is operated by The Hut, and they have a pretty bad track record for customer service. But they’re also cheap.

I’ll say it again, I’ve used the Hut many, many times and never once had a problem with them. Maybe I was lucky, or maybe other people were unlucky. I didn’t have to deal with their customer service people as I got what I ordered without incident, maybe the problems appear when you do have a complaint?
