I got a reply, turns out it was some internal error with their sega deals and people are getting issued refunds now. Shame but at least we’re not getting fleeced for our money.

I also received a bad key. I emailed them to get it resolved but will end up doing a paypal charge back if it isn’t sorted. Will post an update when resolved.

Wasn’t aware that D2D were still around btw, thought they’d gone under a while ago.
