Update: I got a full refund by raising a ticket.

Yeah I actually had the same experience, I bought this myself.

Sorry about that, I certainly won’t be in any hurry to post to them again in the future.

I paid via paypal, so if they don’t give me the game or a full refund I will be opening a dispute with them, and I encourage you to attempt the same with your payment provider.

Long version.
Just wanted to say how I was treated by cjs-cdkeys.com in regards to buying this game. I purchased it for my son based on seeing this and used the link above. Everything went through as normal and they told me the key was shipped and to collect it using their Autokey service. That then told me that they had no keys in stock and that their staff would replenish the keys within 12 hours. Fine. Left it go till the following day. Kid is asking if I got it so I check and its still saying the same thing. left it a few more hours to be reasonable then opened a support ticket. Checked it late last night to find that I had been refunded. No message or anything. No Key and my money wasn’t refunded it was converted into store credit. I then went to check the games page and found that they had 5+ in stock and the price had doubled.

Got an email today stated that seeing as how I had asked for a refund (I hadn’t) that my money was now store credit. If I want it refunded to my paypal account I will be charged £1 for my trouble.

I know it wasn’t expensive but purely on principle I’m going to give them one chance to give me the key or else I’m opening a paypal dispute. Beware of this company.
