Yeah, I got the same thing. I think they are a legit site (internet research backs this up) but they’re a little naive if they’re expecting people to provide scans of their passport. Alternatively, they ask for a scan of your driving license which is a little better I suppose, but still not great. The email I got states that they haven’t taken any money at the stage so you shouldn’t need to worry about canceling.

after taking a authorization via paypal they sent me an automated email asking for:

Option 1 – Photo or scan of your driving licence (must include registered billing address);
Option 2 – Photo or scan of your passport AND one utility bill (must include registered billing address);

i wrote them an email back that i will never provide that, but did not receive an answer. then i clicked the cancel order link, maybe i will get my monies back.
