It was refusing me due to having a UK credit card but buying from another European country. Apparently people couldn’t possible study overseas so they stop all purchases of that type. Understandable, but when I contacted support and told them that could be the reason, it took another 3 contacts with support before they thought that could be the problem and fixed it….
