EVE Online is currently on sale for today only! (it’s not on your list)

Thanks for this Lewie. Good work, as always.

In reply to Sammy. I have done you the disservice of spelling your name incorrectly, Lewie. Sorry.

I rarely send seemingly aimless messages expressing my gratitude for something. But it looks as if it must have taken a fair while to compile and highlight all of these. So, Thank you, Louis. It will be the Christmas sale before you know it.

In reply to Bengabenga.

No, there will be daily deals tomorrow. The sale ends Monday @ 6pm (I’m assuming you’re English).

For “proof” look at any store page, it says autumn sale ending in ~45 hours

So, are today’s (Sept. 26th) deals (Civ V, Cities XL…) the last ‘daily deal’ in the autumn sale? The sale runs until tomorrow, 23.59 US-time, methinks? Given that there won’t be 24 hours in the sale left when the current deal runs out, I gather this is the last of the bunch?

Oh how I loved Blueberry Garden. Glad it’s on sale, some more people might actually buy it.

Amazon / Gamestation has Dead Island for just 10p more and you get a box!

Just something to consider!

In reply to sonofsanta. I very much second this, I wanted to write the same thing about how much work it you surely must've put into writing all this up but I then I felt like comment-spamming :) Thanks, Lewie!

Oh man, you must hate these sales even more than my wallet does. Writing that lot up is a heroic effort.

I like the emboldening of particularly good deals on good games, btw. Much appreciated. Although Tiny Bang Story is such a ridiculously good deal compared to its launch price I don’t know how it isn’t highlighted…

In reply to nofing. You could burn a backup copy from Steam and print out the cover and place it in your own box, if that's any consolidation :)

If anyone is interested in Zuma, now you can have it for free if you subscribe to PopCap newsletter before November 29th. And if you were already subscribed you should have already receive an e-mail with the link.

Are there any comparable retail deals for Portal 2?
I checked a few, but only found it for about £20.
I know, I know, I should just buy it on Steam… but I’m one of the guys, that still prefer to have a nice little laser disc in a nice little box at home.

I’ve no idea how come it got cut off at O, I’ve restored it now. Weird.

I like how this is a good old-fashioned sale. No bullshit attached, just games on the cheap.

Matchstick — Thu, 24 Nov 2011 09:17:06 +0000

I think the post may have been truncated (unless there really are no items in the general sale that have names that begin with a letter after “O” in the alphabet)

Why does the list end with ‘O’ ?

By: Chris G

Chris G — Thu, 24 Nov 2011 07:57:13 +0000

Thanks for this list. It cuts off at ‘o’ though, which is strange as “Scratches” and other games are on sale! Still, very handy. Much appreciated!

Bought Orc Must Die! full price just days ago, feel robbed.
Why does it say that my comment looks spammy?
