“Hi,

Thank you for your email.

I am sorry to read that you have received an incomplete order. Please be assured that this is not our usual level of service.

There was a typographical error on the website, whereby we were offering the collectors pack with our orders. However I understand that you have purchased this item for this reason. As such I have managed to source a copy of the collector pack and I am sending this to you direct via the post. This should arrive with you shortly.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused. ”

Hopefully they’ll be offering this to everyone affected.

Order confirmation email says “Anarchy Edition with RAGE Collectors Pack ( RM10542 )”, dispatch email says simply “Rage: Anarchy Edition”, which is what turned up.
