I’ve pre-ordered some stuff from them as well, but none of those games have come out yet and I’ve read their Terms and Conditions. http://www.bee.com/terms-and-conditions/ Read the last sentence of 8.2 Cancellation: “You also have the right to cancel your order any time before delivery.”

I’ve ordered a few times from them and haven’t had any problems so far. As for canceling the preorders, there does seem to be a nice shiney button under each order saying “cancel”, perhaps it’s a new feature.

I wouldn’t have ordered from them if I were you. Have you even read about them? The biggest disadvantage is that they don’t let you cancel pre-orders. I hope everything works out for you but I’d say you’ve tied yourself down to a very unreliable website there.
