I got an (automated, I think) message on the 27th, saying my game had been dispatched. So to sum up: They failed to mention it was a US version, when I ordered. They charged my credit card almost immediately after I ordered. When I asked them on the 24th when they would ship it, they said the game had shipped. 3 days later I get another mail saying they’ve shipped the game.
I’m pretty sure I’ll get my game, but these guys have a lot to learn.

In reply to barny. Had a nice support email explaining their system was behind and then received another from their automated system indicating it had been sent out, so it's probably ok, I'm just being impatient.

Hmmm, mine has said being picked since Friday 24th as well

It is in stock according to the website. I’m going to email them as well to see what is happening.

The order went from ‘Being picked’ on the 22nd to ‘Paid, awaiting release date’ on the 23rd. Yesterday it went back to ‘Being picked’.
I emailed them yesterday asking when they would ship it and they replied “Your game has been sent out today”

The shop page for the game now reads “This is the US version of the game.”, that wasn’t there 2 days ago as far as i remember.
Could we have problems activating in Steam that US version here in the EU? This is getting shadier and shadier…

UGh, that doesn’t sound good. I was still deciding wether to order it from them or not. Could you please keep us updated?

Maybe they have shipped it already but their orders info system isn’t as fast as other shops, hopefully?

I ordered Civ V from them and the order is marked “paid, awaiting release date”. They’ve charged my credit card, it’s past release day and as far as I can tell, they haven’t shipped it.
I’m not buying from them again.

In reply to nomilarac. In the past they sold a few things that were imported and not marked as such. Also a few unopened items. But they have cleaned up their act recently. I've got no problem endorsing them, but let me know if you have any trouble.

What about this shop? Is it safe enough? I had never heard of it before, but has the best price for CiV by far, be it retail or digital. It has some other good deals too, like BattleForge retail for 8 pounds.

I’m about to jump on it……
